Is Ken Cuccinelli, Republican Candidate for Attorney General of Virginia, a Birther?

Ken Cuccinelli is friends with birther-in-chief Orly Taitz

Birther-in-chief Orly Taitz is not in Cooch’s state senate district or even a Virginia voter, so does Cuccinelli–Republican candidate for Virginia’s top law enforcement position–think that the President of the United States is a “usurper” and an “arrogant jerk from Africa and Indonesia?”
