Why Does Ohio Hate America?

By Eric on October 15, 2008

The Republican base wants to know:

American Flag

At an Ohio campaign stop last week Obama gave a speech with a background of American flags which is quite common. However, if you look closely some of the flags are not American flags. The blue field has been changed to show an Obama seal. Yes, there are also stars but have no pattern and they do not add up to 50.

With Obama making his own seal and now this it looks like maybe he is putting some credence to the recent article by Stanley Kurtz in the National Review. Is he planning on creating an African county within the US.

I think the presence of these flags should be viewed with alarm. And I don’t want to hear any looney left comments that they are only decoration. They ARE a modification of the American Flag.

Ladies and Gentleman, presenting the Flag of the State of Ohio Afro-American Nation of Obamastan!

How dare those Ohioans Obamans desecrate the American flag?! Grraraaaahhhhhhh!!!!

I now understand why it’s so easy to whip the wingnuts into a such a frenzy that they want to kill Barack Hussein Muhammad Obama Bin Laden. It’s because they’re idiots.

Republicans for Obama

By Eric on August 28, 2008

You didn’t see these two on the cable news coverage, but you should take a listen.

“You need a president who puts Barney Smith before Smith Barney.”

“I am a lifelong Republican who voted for Nixon, Reagan, Bush and Bush, but I can’t afford four more years like this. I can’t do it! I can’t do it!”

The past eight years have hurt all Americans, and nobody–not Republicans, not Democrats–can afford four more years of the same.

Joe Lieberman (R-CT)

By Eric on June 18, 2008

Dear Democratic Leadership, can we pretty pretty please stop pretending that Joe Lieberman is a Democrat?

Joseph I. Lieberman ’s endorsement of presumed Republican presidential nominee John McCain was bound to cause him some uncomfortable moments this election year.

That dynamic came into play Tuesday, when Lieberman decided not to attend the Senate Democrats’ weekly policy luncheon because Barack Obama campaign strategist David Axelrod was addressing the caucus.

“It was my decision,” Lieberman said. “I thought it would be awkward for everybody.”
…
Majority Whip Richard J. Durbin of Illinois said he didn’t ask Lieberman to stay away. A spokesman for Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada said he didn’t know why Lieberman didn’t attend.

It has been clear for a while that Joe Lieberman lied when he said he wanted to elect a Democratic president, but now he may have even lied when he said he would caucus with the Democrats. I mean, it’s difficult to be a Democrat when you can’t go the Democratic caucus meetings because you’re too busy bashing the Democratic candidate. The AP says it best:

Joe Lieberman is fast [?]

So can we just cut the bullshit and call Holy Joe a Republican now?

Republican for a Day

By Eric on April 1, 2008

I didn’t realize how hard it would be to be a Republican for a day. Luckily, I only have to do it one day of the year. Happy April Fools Day!

I’m A Republican Now

By Eric on

This ridiculous Democrat primary has sealed the deal for me. I’ve had it with this defeatism, America hating, and other liberal bullshit. As soon as I get a chance, I’m changing my voter registration to Republican.

Screw hope, forget change. Maintaining the status quo is the way to go from now on.
